Perhaps it's the light at the end of the day, the sound of the ocean, or the wind moving through the dune grass. Or simply the feeling of being somewhere that allows you to slow down, breathe, and find yourself again.

The photographs in this gallery explore the quieter side of Cape Cod, the shifting light, changing weather, turning tides, and traces of time that are so easily overlooked.

I photograph the Cape not as a collection of places, but as a landscape continually shaped by time. The fog rolling in from the ocean. The magic of the salt marshes. A lone cloud drifting across Brewster Flats. Each photograph is an attempt to hold onto these fleeting moments, to bring a little of them into your home and remind you of how it felt to be there.

My hope is that a Cape Pines photograph becomes more than something you look at. That it brings a little of that feeling home, a quiet reminder to pause, look closer, and reconnect with the natural world, long after you've left the Cape.
